- Components & Maintenance -
Most components of our jewelry pieces are sterling silver
or silver tone, gold filled or gold tone, as noted in our item descriptions.
These pieces are vulnerable to oxidation, which is a natural occurance
that results from mere exposure to air. When a piece becomes oxidized,
it can be easily cleaned using a treated polishing cloth, available at
jewelry stores or department stores. Small crevices can be cleaned
using a little toothpaste and an old toothbrush.
Crystals, pearls, or other gemstones should not be scrubbed,
but gently polished with a dry cloth to restore their luster and clarity.
Do not use jewelry cleaning solutions, dips or creams to
clean our pieces. This may damage stones, crystals or pearls and
remove decorative finishes on sterling silver beads.
- Availability -
All of our items are unique and one-of-a-kind. We will try to remove
pieces from our web catalog as soon as they are sold. Should two people
place an order for the same item, we will email the second customer notifying
them of the situation. If we can reproduce the item exactly, we
will. If we can't, we will offer suggestions or alternatives.
If none of our suggestions are acceptable, full payment will be returned.
- Quality guarantee -
All jewelry is hand made entirely by our artisans. We try to describe,
photograph, and otherwise represent each item accurately, but as everyone's
computer system, browser, and monitor is different, the color of a piece
may not be exact.
- Payment Information -

If you'd like to pay with a credit card you can do so using Paypal.
We rely on Paypal to safely process your online order.
PayPal is the world's largest online payment network, serving over 40
million members in 38 countries. With PayPal, you can pay anyone using
your credit card or checking account in a safe, secure online environment.
If you'd rather pay with a check or a money order, please contact
us and tell us which items you'd like. We will put them on hold
for you and email you an invoice with a total for purchase and shipping.
Items won't be sent until after your check has cleared.
- Shipping -
Please allow 2-3 days processing time before you order is shipped. All
orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service. You will receive an email
once your item has been shipped.
Shipping costs are as follows: $5.00 flat shipping on any order!
If you live outside the U.S. and would like to make a purchase, please
contact us in advance, and
we can work something out.
- Returns -
Because all items are handmade and one-of-a-kind or limited edition,
returns are not accepted. All items are carefully inspected prior to shipping
to ensure high quality and craftsmanship. However, should you have problems
with your order, contact us
within 7 days of receipt and we will do our best to help you!

- Exchanges -
If you realize that the item isn't quite what you expected, you're welcome
to exchange it for another.
We're willing to accept exchanges if:
We are notified within 7 days of receipt
The item is returned in its original and unused condition
Please let us know which item you would like to exchange it with so we
can put it on hold for you. We are not responsible for items that
are lost or damaged in return mail.
-Repairs -
On the odd chance that an item is defective, we will repair it at no
charge. You pay to ship it to us, and we will pay the return postage.
We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in return mail.
If an item breaks during usage, we will be happy to repair it, at our
discression, for a small fee. Prior arrangements must be made by email.
- Wholesale & Consignment -
If you own a shop or have an online boutique and would like to carry
a line of our jewelry, please email
us with your phone number. We will be happy to call you and discuss
arrangements.
- Custom Orders -
If you'd like us to make something specific, please email
us. We will gladly phone you for a consultation as to your color
and design preferences.
- Privacy -
We insist on a strict "no sharing" policy when it comes to your personal
information. You can be certain that your information is held in strict
confidence and will never be released under any circumstances.
